Local Placement Services
Local senior living placement services are offered only within the Louisville, Kentucky Metro Area. When placement support is provided, recommendations are based on information voluntarily shared by clients and families.
We do not guarantee availability, acceptance, pricing, services, or outcomes at any senior living community. Final decisions and contracts are solely between the client and the selected community.

Placement services are provided at no cost to families only when a community recommended and toured with us is selected. If a family has already engaged another placement service or independently contacted communities, placement support may not be available.

Intake Forms and Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information on all intake forms and communications. Our guidance is based on the information you provide. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or withheld information.

Payments, Fees, and Refunds
Consultation fees, packages, and pricing are disclosed prior to booking. Payment is required at the time of scheduling unless otherwise stated.

All consultation fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a separate written policy. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or failure to attend scheduled consultations may result in forfeiture of fees.

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. We do not store full payment card information.

Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Consultations must be scheduled in advance. Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be provided at the time of booking and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
