Summer Shade Senior Advisors LLC is committed to providing professional, personalized senior living guidance and consultation services. Because our services are advisory in nature and involve the reservation of time, preparation, and expertise, all sales are final.

Consultation Services

All virtual consultations, consultation packages, assessments, advisory services, and local placement support services are non-refundable. Once a consultation or service is purchased, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to changes in circumstances, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction, or failure to attend a scheduled session.

By booking a consultation or service with Summer Shade Senior Advisors LLC, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing time, expertise, and advisory guidance, not a guaranteed outcome or result.

Missed Appointments and Late Cancellations

Failure to attend a scheduled consultation, arriving late, or canceling outside of any stated rescheduling window may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee. Policies related to scheduling, cancellation, and rescheduling are provided at the time of booking and are incorporated by reference into this Refund Policy.

Local Senior Living Placement Services

Local senior living placement services offered in the Louisville, Kentucky Metro Area are provided at no cost to families only when a senior living community recommended and toured with us is selected. If a family has already engaged another placement service or independently contacted or contracted with a community, placement support may not be available and no refunds apply.

Digital Products, Educational Materials, and Resources

Any digital resources, guides, educational materials, or informational content provided as part of a consultation or service are non-refundable once delivered.

Third-Party Products and Affiliate Purchases

Summer Shade Senior Advisors LLC may recommend or link to third-party products, books, tools, or resources, including those sold through external platforms such as Amazon or other retailers. We do not sell, ship, or fulfill these products directly.

All purchases made through third-party platforms are subject to the refund, return, and customer service policies of the third-party seller. Any questions, returns, or refund requests related to those purchases must be directed to the seller from whom the product was purchased.

No Exceptions

We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, credits, or exchanges for completed or scheduled services. No exceptions will be made.
